Maintenance Operative
Location: Northampton & surrounding NN postcodes
Pay Rate: £18.20 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Operative to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance tasks across properties in the Northampton area and surrounding NN postcodes.
Tasks are assigned via an IT device and may include work on:

• Light fixtures and fittings
• Fire doors and handles
• Bathrooms and plumbing fixtures
• General property maintenance and repairs

You may also be required to provide wider business support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard
• Safely and effectively manage and use tools and equipment
• Work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Maintain accurate records of work completed via IT systems
• Support colleagues and uphold high property standards

About You

• Experience in general maintenance or a similar role
• Confident working with tools and basic repairs
• Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
• Flexible and open-minded approach to work
• Willingness to learn — training and upskilling provided
