Location: Spennymoor, Durham
Contract: Permanent – Full Time
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £34,622 per annum
OTE: Circa £37,000 per annum (including standby payments)

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join a Property Maintenance and Construction team, working within the Spennymoor maintenance team.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a flexible approach and experience within domestic and commercial property maintenance
• Be comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills and communicate effectively with a wide range of people
• Take pride in delivering a high-quality repairs service

Essential Requirements

• City & Guilds Craft Certificate in Joinery (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment
