Multi Trader

A Housing Association is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to carry out day-to-day housing repairs across occupied and void properties. This is a temp to perm opportunity with consistent hours and long-term stability for the right person.
 

Key Responsibilities

• General housing repairs and maintenance
  
  
• Flat roof repairs
  
  
• Repointing and minor brickwork
  
  
• Fencing and external works
  
  
• Slabbing and basic groundworks
  
  

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade
  
  
• Proven experience in multi-trade housing repairs
  
  
• Full UK driving licence
  
  
• Ability to work independently in occupied properties
  
  

Salary & Benefits

• £19.20 per hour
  
  
• Temp to perm opportunity
  
  
• 40 hours per week (08:00 – 16:30)
