Carpenter & Plumber Multi-Trader 

Location: Brent
Rate: £24.23 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a Carpenter & Plumber Multi-Trader to carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties across the Brent area. This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering long-term stability and excellent benefits.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in multiple trades, specifically carpentry and plumbing
  
  
• Competent using a wide range of hand and power tools
  
  
• Strong knowledge of trade techniques, materials, and health & safety protocols
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  
• Good problem-solving skills and clear communication
  
  
• Physically fit and able to complete manual work
  
  
• Social housing maintenance experience is desirable
  
  
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Brent
  
  
• Full UK driving license is essential
