About the Role: Occupational Therapist

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering targeted interventions to foster sensory, physical, and functional development, helping pupils access learning and build independence.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage a caseload of pupils with diverse needs including autism and physical disabilities
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and external teams
- Deliver direct and indirect interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory regulation, and daily functioning
- Provide training and guidance to school staff on occupational strategies
- Maintain detailed clinical records, contribute to EHCP reviews, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the wider therapy and education team
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with children in educational or pediatric settings
- Proven ability to manage complex caseloads independently
- Strong understanding of sensory integration, autism spectrum conditions, and physical disabilities
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
- Experience contributing to EHCPs within a multidisciplinary environment
