Primary Care Practice Manager Location: Brighton

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Practice Manager to join a busy primary care setting in Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a GP practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of the practice, ensuring compliance with NHS and CQC standards.
• Manage staff rotas, recruitment, and HR processes.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and reporting.
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures.
• Drive improvements in patient experience and service delivery.
• Liaise with clinicians, external stakeholders, and commissioners.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Practice Manager in a primary care or healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of NHS systems and regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in clinical systems (EMIS/SystmOne preferred).
