Practice Nurse
Location: Cambridge
Hours: 3 x Days Per Week (30 Hours)
Contract: Locum

The Role We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our nursing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering clinical care, health promotion, and chronic disease management to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing routine nursing care, including wound care, immunisations, and cervical screening
  
  
• Managing long-term conditions (e.g. asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension)
  
  
• Health promotion and patient education
  
  
• Supporting infection prevention and control
  
  
• Maintaining accurate clinical records
  
  
• Working collaboratively with the wider primary care team
  
  

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (NMC registered)
  
  
• Previous experience in a GP practice or primary care setting (preferred)
  
  
• Strong clinical, communication, and organisational skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and confidentiality
