Private Client Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-established and reputable law firm in Preston, who are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 1 years PQE in private client law to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of private client matters while delivering high-quality legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be part of a collaborative team and play a key role in the continued success of the department.

They are paying a competitive salary of £35,000 – £60,000 per annum (DOE)

Responsibilities as a Private Client Solicitor :

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including, Wills and estate planning, Probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Trusts.
• Handling files from instruction through to completion
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

About you as a Private Client Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 1-year PQE in Private client law
• Experience handling a full caseload independently
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
