Real Estate Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are working with a well-established and respected law firm in Stirling is looking to recruit a skilled Real Estate Solicitor with 3+ years of PQE to join their expanding property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving practice with a strong presence in the local market. You will play a key role in the Real Estate team, handling a mix of commercial and residential property matters, with a particular emphasis on independently managing residential conveyancing files.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions
• Handle residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
• Advise clients on a broad range of real estate issues
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with colleagues and contribute to the team's continued success

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with 3+ years PQE
• Experience in both commercial and residential property law
• Able to manage residential files independently and confidently
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
