Receptionist (Legal)

Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a law firm based in Enfield who are looking for a Legal Receptionist. Please find below further details with regards to this opportunity,

Role: Legal Receptionist
Location: Enfield
Salary: £27,000 to £29,000 per annum (DOE and interview performance)

Role Overview

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers to the firm
• Ensure the smooth and professional running of the reception area
• Provide administrative and front-of-house support to fee earners and staff
• Represent the firm with a professional, welcoming, and client-focused approach

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, emails, appointments, and visitor enquiries efficiently
• Maintain reception, meeting rooms, and office supplies to a high standard
• Support administrative tasks including filing, opening new matter files, and time recording
• Assist with client identification checks and general office administration as required

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience as a receptionist, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
• Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
• Confident user of Microsoft Office with a professional telephone manner
• Discreet, reliable, and able to handle confidential information appropriately
