Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE + 21% Annual Bonus + £5,000 Welcome Bonus + Paid On-Call

We’re partnering with a well-established provider to recruit a Registered Manager for a high-quality children’s home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated team, shape a positive home culture, and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the children’s home
  
  
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted and the Children’s Home Regulations 2015
  
  
• Promote a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment
  
  
• Manage budgets, staffing, and training
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes for young people
  
  

Requirements

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People’s Management) or working towards
  
  
• Experience managing or deputising in a children’s residential setting
  
  
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements and safeguarding legislation
  
  
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
  
  
• Full UK driving licence
