Residential Conveyancer

Service care solutions are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer for an award-winning Law Firm based in North Yorkshire.

They are paying a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 annum DOE

Responsibilities as a conveyancer:

• Managing property transactions from instruction to completion
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements
• Able to manage own files from start to completion
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
• IT and case management systems

 
About you as a conveyancer:

• Strong knowledge of Residential and conveyancing procedures
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple cases
• Excellent attention to details
• Good communication and IT skills
