Residential Property Lawyer

Service Care Legal are working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Colchester, Essex is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join its growing property team. This opportunity would suit a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience, who is confident managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload independently.

ROLE:                   Residential Property Lawyer
LOCATION:          Colchester, Essex
SALARY:              £45,000 – £65,000 (DOE)
PQE:                     Minimum 3 years

The Role

You will handle a full and diverse caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Residential Property Purchases
• Residential Property Sales
• Complex and high-value property transactions
• Mortgages and Re-mortgages
• First Time Buyers
• Help to Buy
• New Build transactions
• Right to Buy matters

You will be supported by an experienced team and administrative support, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality legal advice and excellent client care.

The Ideal Candidate
 

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
• Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
