Job Description
Service Care Solutions are currently working on behalf of a well-established Wealth Management business, who are looking to bring in an experienced Paraplanner or Senior IFA Administrator and transition them into a fully-fledged Financial Advisor.
 
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, technical professional with previous experience in a Paraplanning or support function within an IFA firm, who is looking to progress their career in Advisory.
 
The firm provides all leads and will support the growth of an existing client bank for the Trainee IFA, as well as providing 100% funded study support and working towards CAS status for the Advisor.
 
A realistic £65k+ OTE in year 2, with no minimum threshold on a lucrative bonus structure – this role has fantastic earning potential for the successful candidate.
 
Candidates would be expected to work fully on-site in Buxton until CAS status is achieved, where more flexibility can be offered around the client bank and other work duties.
 
Candidates must be working towards or have completed their Level 4 Diploma with a willingness to complete further studies and progress to Chartered.
