We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join our welcoming and supportive primary school community from January. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire learning, creativity, and confidence in Key Stage 2 pupils.

About the Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Year 4.
  
  
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child can thrive.
  
  
• Support the social, emotional, and academic development of all pupils.
  
  
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing timely feedback to support learning.
  
  
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop innovative approaches to teaching and learning.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers to build strong home-school partnerships.
  
  

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 2, preferably Year 4.
  
  
• Confident in delivering the full curriculum across core subjects.
  
  
• Skilled in differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
  
  
• Passionate about inspiring curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
  
  
• Able to foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
  
  
• Flexible, motivated, and committed to continuous professional development.
