Service Care Construction - Weekly Update

Case Studies
I have been thinking long and hard about the best way to start this blog but the fact is no words can properly describe the impact of Covid 19 across so many recruitment sectors.

Within the construction industry it has been incredibly difficult for both our candidates and clients while they wait for clear guidance as to the best way to proceed. A lot of our clients provide emergency repairs and services for social housing tenants and therefore they have to continue working. The admiration I have for all employees working for a Local Authority or Housing Associations is immeasurable and I believe more credit needs to be given to workers in these environments who continue to provide a service to the best of their ability.

At Service Care Construction we are doing all we can to keep our workers informed and to assist our clients in the best way we can. I also believe it is important to plan for the future because, as horrible as this current time is, it will at some point come to an end.

I want to make sure we can do everything possible to get people back into work and ensure both old and new clients have the workforce they need to get back up and running. We have also been working with other divisions within Service Care Solutions to find jobs for construction workers in other sectors - perhaps you may be interested in that?

If you are a candidate who would like to register with us or a client that would like to find out more about how we can help you either now or in the future, please don’t hesitate to contact us at Service Care Construction.
