Don’t forget, it’s World Cancer Day on the 4th February.

Please show your support. Cancer Research are currently the worlds leading Cancer Charity who are tirelessly working to find out methods of preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer.

We all know someone close to us who have unfortunately received the information they have Cancer; this is why the charity is so close to many people’s hearts.

Cancer occurs when abnormal cells divide in an uncontrolled way and may eventually spread into other tissues. There are more than 200 different types of cancer and current statistic suggest 1 in 2 people in the UK will get cancer in their lifetime. Cancer Research have a vision one day all cancer will be curable! How great would that be! Unfortunately, Cancer Research do not receive any funding from the government, not a single penny for all the lifesaving research they have provided. This is why they need your help, for every £1 donated, 80p is used to beat cancer. The remaining 20p goes towards raising funds for the future.
