Our aim with Reignite Social Work is to supplement your recruitment strategy every 6 months as your workforce changes

We target social workers that haven’t practiced for a number of years, and this might mean that they don’t have an active SWE registration.

Reignite Social Work is a program that actively supplements a SWE re-registration as the CPD requirement of re-registering is covered by the UCLan work, and the supervised practice requirement is covered by you.

That’s why we have partnered with the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) to deliver this recruitment model. UCLan are ranked in the top 5 universities in the country for their social work courses, and they are the only university in the country that has a return to social work module that is recognised by Social Work England.

Reignite Social Work accepts x2 intakes a year in April and October. This allows us to deliver on our commitment to providing quality social workers on a regular basis, whilst giving us strategic direction around the clients we want to partner with. Our Local Authority partners so far are Warwickshire County Council, Stoke on Trent City Council, and Bolton Council.
