In 2017, the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO), collaborated to create a national framework to provide support and assistance to HR and procurement teams within public sector bodies. This aim of the framework is to help the Public Sector organisations procure for the recruitment of permanent team members effectively and efficiently.

The framework is set up to accommodate any UK Public Sector organisations including; local authorities, policing services, fire and rescue, NHS, charities, housing associations and the wider public sector. The framework runs from October 2017 – October 2019.
