Firstly, how long have you been at Service Care?

Since September 2021.

What roles do you recruit for and in which areas?

I work on the Social Housing desk, recruiting from general administrators, to marketing, to customer service advisors. I cover from North Yorkshire down to North London.

​​Give us a brief overview of your professional background...

I started working in retail while in college, here I worked my way up to management working covering stores across the North West and assisting with store remodels and visual merchandising. From here, I moved onto a new challenge joining the sales team for Carphone Warehouse selling mobile phone contacts and sim cards over the phone. Here, I developed upon my existing customer service skills and picked many new skills to bring across to Service Care Solutions.

If you weren't in recruitment, what would you be doing?

I'd still be a sales based role.

Using only 3 words, how would you describe Service Care?

Welcoming, supportive and friendly.

Lastly, if you're not in work, where can we find you?

Relaxing and playing video games, because deep down I'm a big kid and it's a great way to unwind after a busy workday. I'll also never say no to a catch up with friends in the pub.
