I started in August 2023.

And what does your day-to-day role involve?

I recruit Probation Officers, Senior Probation Officers, Approved Premises staff and Independent Domestic Violence Advisors, covering the Midlands, South Central, South West, and Wales.

Give us a brief overview of your professional background…

I began my sales career as an account manager in financial services and then went on to be a Business Development Manager in the advertising space. Before that, my first job was working for Pizza Express.

I’ll be DJing at clubs/raves or watching football somewhere.
