Accountant

Job Title: Practice Accountant
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £33,000 - £42,000

Service Care Solutions are delighted to be working with a small, friendly and established accountancy firm in Liverpool. You will have experience within Practice and be responsible for VAT, Corporation Tax, Self assessments and more for your own portfolio of clients.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Day to day support for your portfolio of clients
• Year end account preparations
• Management Accounts, VAT returns and self assessment tax return support
• Support with business and tax queries
• Resolve queries and provide guidance in a prompt and timely manner
• Work towards strict deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of work
• Support the wider team as and when required

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience within a practice environment
• Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients
• High attention to detail
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Xero and Quickbooks (desirable)
