We are a leading provider of digital mental health services, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across the UK. We are currently seeking experienced Nurse or Pharmacist Independent Prescribers to join our Adult ADHD Assessment and Titration Team. This role is offered on a self-employed basis, with fully remote and flexible working arrangements.

About the Role As an ADHD Specialist Independent Prescriber, you will play a central role in the medication management and ongoing care of adults diagnosed with ADHD. Working autonomously, you will be responsible for initiating treatment, managing titration, and optimising medication, while collaborating closely with Consultant Psychiatrists to ensure safe, effective, and personalised care.

This role is ideal for clinicians with strong ADHD titration experience who are confident working remotely and delivering high-quality care within a structured governance framework.

  • Manage ADHD medication titration, including dose optimisation and side-effect monitoring

  • Conduct end-of-titration reviews and facilitate transfer to shared care where appropriate

  • Use validated clinical tools to monitor treatment response and adverse effects

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive electronic clinical records

  • Participate in risk assessments and safeguarding processes

  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including Consultant Psychiatrists and clinical support staff

  • Adhere to clinical governance, prescribing standards, and organisational policies

About the Organisation We are a patient-focused healthcare provider delivering accessible, high-quality clinical services across community and digital healthcare settings. Working in partnership with NHS organisations, Primary Care Networks, and local stakeholders, we support the delivery of safe, effective, and responsive care that meets local population needs.

Our services are designed to reduce pressure on primary care while improving access and continuity for patients. We prioritise clinical excellence, patient experience, and evidence-based practice, supported by robust governance structures, digital systems, and ongoing professional development.
