We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join a busy Asset Management team supporting the delivery of housing services. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for an immediate start within a well-established organisation.
This is a hybrid role, with an initial office-based training period at Birmingham Business Park (B37 7YN) before moving to a mixture of home and office working.

We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join a busy Asset Management team supporting the delivery of housing services. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for an immediate start within a well-established organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Contacting residents by telephone to arrange appointments for Stock Condition Surveys
- Preparing letters, reports and general correspondence
- Handling telephone and email enquiries from residents and internal stakeholders
- Liaising with Surveyors, Housing Officers, Contractors, Resident Liaison Officers and Contact Centre teams to coordinate access
- Raising and processing purchase orders
- Organising meetings using Microsoft Outlook
- Taking and producing accurate meeting minutes
- Maintaining electronic filing systems and retrieving information when required
- Providing a professional reception and visitor meet-and-greet service when required
- Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience dealing with customers over the telephone
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
