Administrator Level 6 (Scale 6)

Job Title: Level 6 Administrator – Data & Monitoring Support
Location: Enfield Civic Centre
Salary: £21 UMB per hour (£17 PAYE)
Contract: Initially 3 months
About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Level 6 Administrator to join our team and provide high-level administrative and analytical support. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to monitoring, reporting, and performance management activities within our department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed KPIs, reports, and performance data to support decision-making.
• Carry out monitoring and analysis of operational activities.
• Maintain and manage accurate records using Excel and other relevant systems.
• Support senior management with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with organisational procedures and reporting standards.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Previous experience in an administrative or monitoring role, ideally at Level 6.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, delivering high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
