Key Responsibilities – Adults Social Worker (Qualified)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults requiring social care support.
- Develop and implement bespoke support plans tailored to individual needs.
- Advocate for clients to ensure their rights and wellbeing are protected.
- Work collaboratively with health and social care partners to coordinate services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case records.
- Promote safeguarding and address any issues related to neglect or abuse.
- Keep up to date with policies, procedures, and legislation relevant to adult social care.
- Qualified Social Worker (e.g., HCPC registered)
- Proven experience working within adult social care.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and legal frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, compassionate, and solution-focused attitude.
- 154.99 paye per day eclusive of holiday pay or 203.90 LTD per day inclusive of holiday pay
