Are you an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP), or Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) looking for an exciting new challenge? We are currently recruiting Advanced Clinical Practitioners for a well-established healthcare provider across West Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a varied and supportive clinical environment, delivering high-quality urgent, unscheduled, and primary care services.

About the Role
The Advanced Clinical Practitioner role offers the chance to assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse patient caseload that includes both adults and children. You will work across different clinical settings, gaining valuable exposure to a range of patient presentations and care pathways. The opportunity is suitable for clinicians with backgrounds in urgent care, primary care, or related acute environments who aim to expand their clinical portfolio.

Candidate Responsibilities for the Advanced Clinical Practitioner Role

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic investigations
• Diagnose and manage a variety of urgent and unscheduled care cases
• Prescribe and administer treatment in line with current clinical guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Support junior staff and participate in clinical governance and training initiatives
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters
• Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives within the clinical environment

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified ANP, ACP, or ENP with appropriate registration
• Master's-level ACP qualification or currently undertaking postgraduate ACP training with 120 credits completed (essential)
• Proven experience within minor injuries, urgent care, or acute clinical settings
• Skilled in clinical assessment, diagnostics, and decision-making across varied patient groups—including children and adults
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Experience using Adastra would be advantageous
