As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner – Manchester, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality urgent care services. This contract role is perfect for clinicians with Level 7 accreditation in Advanced Clinical Practice who thrive in dynamic, patient-centred settings.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with a broad range of urgent care conditions.
• Conduct autonomous clinical assessments, including history taking and physical examinations.
• Manage minor injuries, illnesses, and undifferentiated presentations.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications within your scope of practice.
• Request and interpret relevant investigations.
• Make referrals to secondary care or other healthcare services as needed.
• Offer health advice, education, and support to patients.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, patient-centred care.
• Support clinical governance and uphold high standards of clinical practice.

Candidate Requirements for the Advanced Clinical Practitioner – Manchester Role:
