Candidate Responsibilities – Advanced Clinical Practitioner - Stockport
As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner - Stockport, your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients presenting with a wide range of urgent care conditions
• Conducting autonomous clinical assessments, including history taking and physical examinations
• Managing minor injuries, illnesses, and undifferentiated patient presentations
• Developing and implementing appropriate treatment plans
• Prescribing medications within your scope of practice
• Requesting and interpreting relevant investigations where clinically appropriate
• Making referrals to secondary care and other healthcare services as needed
• Providing health advice, education, and support to patients
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective, patient-centred care
• Supporting high standards of clinical governance and quality within the service

Candidate Requirements – Advanced Clinical Practitioner - Stockport
To be considered for the Advanced Clinical Practitioner - Stockport position:

• Registered Nurse, Paramedic, or Pharmacist with relevant professional registration
• Level 7 qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice (fully accredited)
• Previous experience working independently within urgent care, emergency care, or primary care settings
