Service Care Solutions is currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join a team as Approved Premises Residential Workers based in Cricklewood, London.
As an Approved Premises Residential Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting residents as they transition back into the community, helping to promote rehabilitation, manage risk, and maintain a safe and structured environment.
The role will be 37 hours a week, consisting of 3 12 hour shifts, one of which will be a night shift.
Pay Rates:
Provide practical and emotional support to residents, encouraging engagement with sentence plans, licence conditions, and rehabilitation goals.
Risk Management & Monitoring:
Ensure the safety and security of the premises by conducting regular checks, monitoring compliance with curfews and licence conditions, and reporting any concerns promptly.
Safeguarding & Crisis Intervention:
Respond effectively to incidents, emergencies, or safeguarding concerns, taking appropriate action to protect residents, staff, and the public.
Multi-Agency Collaboration:
Work closely with probation practitioners, external agencies, and community organisations to support residents’ reintegration and reduce reoffending.
Record Keeping & Reporting:
Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential records of all interactions, incidents, and interventions in line with policy and data protection standards.
Promoting a Structured Environment:
Encourage residents to participate in purposeful activities, appointments, and programmes while maintaining professional boundaries at all times.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team across varied shift patterns (including days, nights, and weekends).
- Flexible shift patterns available (including days, nights, and weekends).
- Successful candidates will be subject to enhanced security clearance and background checks.
