We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Architect to join a progressive, award-winning studio in Dublin. This practice has a strong reputation across the UK & Ireland, delivering high-quality, design-led projects across a range of sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading technical development, managing project delivery, and supporting design teams on a variety of exciting and high-profile schemes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of design information on time and within budget.
• Oversee technical development of projects across all stages.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning applications, technical standards, and health & safety requirements.
• Provide leadership, coordination, and mentoring within the design team.
• Engage in site activities and inspections as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience (RIAI/RIBA/RIAS or equivalent).
• Strong cross-sector project experience across all RIBA stages.
• Proficient in Revit (preferred) and strong understanding of CAD/BIM workflows.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong technical knowledge including product specification, detailing, and construction technologies.
• Organised, detail-driven, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Leadership and project management capabilities.
