£30 PAYE / £39.84 Umbrella (Inside IR35)
35 hours per week
Agency contract – 3 months minimum
We are currently recruiting Asset Surveyors to support a London-based housing provider with property validation and condition surveys across a residential portfolio.
The role will involve carrying out on-site surveys to validate existing asset data and identify required works ahead of planned maintenance and investment activity. Surveyors will be allocated a geographical patch within London and will work autonomously to manage their own appointments and workloads.

Responsibilities
- Carrying out validation and condition surveys on residential properties
- Reviewing and updating existing asset and condition data
- Identifying required works and levels of severity, including:
- Kitchens
- Bathrooms
- Doors
- General property condition issues
- Liaising directly with residents to arrange survey appointments
- Managing daily travel and scheduling efficiently
- Producing clear, practical survey reports to support planned works
- Validation surveys
- Condition data updates
- Supporting housing standards and compliance requirements
- Clear, non-overly technical survey reporting
- Experience undertaking housing, asset, or condition surveys
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident and professional communication with residents
- Ability to work independently and manage a geographical patch
- Full UK driving licence
