Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the allocation of accommodation following policy and procedure guidelines
- Prepare and process tenancy paperwork, maintaining accurate records
- Manage end-of-tenancy processes, including inspections and key handovers
- Ensure vacant properties are promptly prepared and ready for new occupancy
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, partners, and stakeholders
- Assist with low-level rent arrears, providing advice and support as needed
- Report repairs and coordinate with contractors for timely completion
- Perform general administrative tasks to support housing management operations
- Previous experience in housing, property management, or lettings
- Strong administrative skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Capable of working independently and managing a varied workload
- Knowledge of tenancy management processes and housing legislation is beneficial
