About the Role: As an Assistant Support Worker, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support. You’ll be working alongside individuals to help them maintain as much independence as possible in their daily lives, while also offering emotional support, encouragement, and companionship.
You Will Support Individuals To:

- Maintain independence in daily living activities
- Engage in meaningful social, leisure, and community activities
- Manage personal care with dignity and respect
- Navigate the challenges of early-onset dementia and physical disabilities
- Stay connected with their families and communities
- Experience working with older adults, especially those with dementia or physical disabilities - 5 year history
- A kind, compassionate, and patient approach
- Good communication and team-working skills
- Willingness to support individuals with personal care and mobility needs
- A commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and respect
