Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00–17:00 or 08:00–16:00)

We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 General Manager with a strong HR / Employee Relations background to join an NHS Trust on a temporary ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in delivering a high-quality, responsive HR service within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

- £26.50 per hour (Ltd/Umbrella)
- £23.40 per hour (PAYE inclusive equivalent)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide an efficient and effective operational HR service to all staff groups
- Offer expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on complex employee relations matters
- Manage and support cases including:
- Disciplinary
- Grievance
- Performance management
- Sickness absence
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures
- Support managers in resolving workforce issues in a timely and professional manner
- Contribute to maintaining a positive employee relations environment
- Proven experience within an HR / Employee Relations role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Experience handling complex ER casework independently
- Excellent communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work on-site and manage a busy caseload effectively
- Previous NHS experience
