We’re currently recruiting Urgent Treatment Practitioners (Band 7 & Band 8a) to support our NHS Client across multiple Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs).
This is a zero-hour, shift-by-shift opportunity, offering excellent flexibility, competitive LTD rates, and the chance to work within a leading NHS Trust.

Locations:
- Ripley
- Ilkeston
- Whitworth
- Professional registration with NMC or HCPC
- Minor Injuries Management qualification
- Minimum Level 7 module in Physical Examination & Clinical Reasoning
- V300 Non-Medical Prescriber (Level 7)
Shift Patterns
- Early, Late & Long Day shifts
- Shift lengths: 7.5, 10 or 12 hours
- Mainly daytime cover
- Zero-hour contract – pick shifts that suit your availability
Pay Rates (LTD)
Band 7
- £39 per hour (Mon–Fri) LTD company rate, inclusive of Holiday and NI
- £45 per hour (Mon–Fri) LTD company rate, inclusive of Holiday and NI
?? Band 8a trainees will not be accepted. Band 8a clinicians may cover Band 7 shifts only.
Banding Explained
- Band 7: Nurse Practitioner Prescriber (V300) – able to assess, diagnose, treat & prescribe, no Masters in ACP required
- Band 8a: Advanced Nurse / Clinical Practitioner with Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice
Skills & Experience Considered
- Minor Illness & Minor Injuries
- Prescribing
- Paediatrics (0–12 months / 12–24 months / 24 months)
- Mental Health management
- Pregnancy-related presentations
