💙 Care Coordinator – Autism Support (Ryhope, Sunderland)
Hours: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (8am–8pm)
Contract: Full-time | No Waking Nights

We’re looking for caring, confident, and resilient people to join our Autism Support Service in Ryhope, Sunderland. You’ll be helping young men transition into their own homes, providing 2:1 support to help them live safely, independently, and with dignity.
You’ll work as part of a dedicated team that values kindness, respect, and empowerment. Every shift is an opportunity to bring positivity and stability to someone’s life.

- Deliver person-centred care and support
- Promote independence and positive behaviour
- Take part in team meetings and ongoing training (PMVA, PBS, First Aid etc.)
- Compassionate, calm, and reliable individuals
- Team players with a can-do attitude
- Experience in care is helpful but not essential – full training is provided!
- Fixed rota (3 x 12-hour shifts)
