Location: Head Office, Liverpool 
Hours: Monday - Friday | Block Booking available | Part-Time

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Care Navigator to work within our client’s head office in Liverpool, which oversees a network of GP surgeries across the Sefton and Merseyside area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team supporting primary care services.

About the Client Our client operates a wide range of GP Surgeries and Urgent Treatment Centres throughout Liverpool. As a leading provider of accessible, high-quality primary care, they deliver services including:

• Urgent care
• Routine GP consultations
• Out-of-hours care
• Health screenings
• Chronic disease management

With a strong focus on patient-centered care, they are committed to delivering timely and effective healthcare tailored to the needs of the local community.

Role Details

• Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible around core hours
• Pay: £16.88 per hour (via Umbrella)
• System: EMIS (experience required)
• Location: Liverpool, L13

Requirements

• Smart Card – essential
• Previous experience in one or more of the following roles:
  • GP Receptionist
  • GP Administrator
  • Medical Receptionist
  • Healthcare Assistant
  • Patient Coordinator
• EMIS experience
