Care Workers (Drivers Only)

Location: Windsor & Newbury, with surrounding areas
Contract: Zero-hours, flexible shifts
Pay: From £12.77 per hour (enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays) paid mileage

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Care Workers with their own vehicles to support people in their own homes across Windsor and Newbury. This is a zero-hours role with the potential to move into permanent full-time or part-time work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Visiting clients in their homes to provide support
• Assisting with personal care, medication, meals, and companionship
• Helping with mobility and accompanying clients on outings
• Supporting family carers by providing respite
• Making a meaningful difference in someone’s day, every day

What We’re Looking For

• Warm, caring, and confident to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• A genuine desire to make a difference in someone’s life
• Own a vehicle and hold a valid UK driving license
• Must have legal right to work in the UK
• Fluent in English
