• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (as required)

Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to join a busy property maintenance service in Camden. The role involves delivering a wide range of repairs, maintenance, renewals, and refurbishment works in both occupied and void housing properties, as well as other residential premises.
You will be responsible for attending multiple sites daily to perform both emergency and routine reactive maintenance, as well as programmed refurbishment projects. All work must be completed to a high standard with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, ensuring all tasks are done Right First Time.
The role requires flexibility in working patterns to support service delivery needs, including occasional changes to hours within the core working time frame. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of carpentry repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements.
• Deliver both reactive and planned maintenance across various residential properties.
• Complete refurbishment works, including major renewals, in line with current regulations.
• Ensure all work complies with building standards, safety regulations, and best trade practices.
• Interact professionally with tenants and residents, providing a high level of customer service.
• Work flexibly and independently across multiple job sites.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

• Completed Carpentry Apprenticeship, City & Guilds (SCQF Level 6), NVQ, or proven time-served experience.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Health & Safety training certificates relevant to the role.
• Must have own tools and drills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
