Multi Trade Operative - Carpenter
Location: London (Multiple Roles)
Salary: £38,000 per year
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to join a well-established social housing contractor working across domestic properties in either North or South London, with multiple roles and areas available.
The Role
You will be carrying out a range of carpentry repairs and maintenance works within social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Typical duties include:

• Reactive and planned carpentry repairs
• Door repairs and replacements
• Kitchen fitting and repairs
• Skirting, architraves, and flooring repairs
• Window and lock repairs
• General maintenance within occupied properties

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working as a Carpenter within domestic or social housing environments
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Relevant carpentry qualifications are desirable
