Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate: £24.50 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter (Multi-Trade) to join a busy repairs and maintenance team, working across residential properties within the SE, SW, E, CR and BR postcode areas. This is a long-term role offering consistent work and stable hours.

Role Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day carpentry maintenance and repair works in both occupied and void residential properties
  
  
• Complete tasks including door repairs and hanging, skirting, architraves, flooring, basic framework, and general carpentry works
  
  
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach
  
  
• Work independently and manage time effectively across multiple jobs
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in domestic/residential carpentry
  
  
• Good communication skills and confidence working within tenants’ homes
  
  
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems on site
