Caseworker - Substance Misuse

Service Care Solutions are supporting a reputable local authority who are looking to recruit a Caseworker to join their team on a temprorary contract.

Role: Caseworker - Substance Misuse
Rate: £16 to £17 per hour (PAYE exc.)/ £17 to £18 per hour (Umbrella/Ltd)
Location: Middlesbrough
Working: 5 days per week. 37.5 hours.

• Complete assessments for Service users. 
• Supporting the individuals from Point of Entry
• Provide Screening, Assessment and Recovery Plans
• Deliver One to One intervention
• Experience of working within the Substance Misuse field
• Awareness of health issues relating to Substance Misuse
• Experience of Key Working and Care Planning.
