• Hours: 16.5 hours per week
  
  • Friday to Sunday, 8:30am – 2:00pm
• Salary: £11,309.44 – £12,441.00 per annum
• Location: Reading, Berkshire

Service Care Solutions are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef Manager to join our Client at Charles Clore Court in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a rewarding part-time role with a great work-life balance.
About the Role:As Chef Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality meal preparation, and maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards. You will play a key role in delivering nutritious and enjoyable meals while managing stock, compliance, and kitchen organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and serve meals to a high standard
• Manage kitchen operations and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Monitor stock levels and manage ordering
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen
• Ensure all health & safety and hygiene standards are met

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar Chef or Chef Manager role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to work independently and manage a small kitchen environment
• A passion for delivering quality food and service
