Childcare Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a common local authority based in Greater Manchester. They are looking for an Locum Childcare Solicitor to join their expanding legal team.

This role pays a competitive rate of:

PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.48 £48.87 per hour  
Umbrella - £50-£55 per hour

This role is on a temporary basis with potential to be long term.
 
Responsibilities as a Childcare Solicitor:

• Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
• To work with the other team members in improving services and making the most of resources.
• To provide representation on legal work on behalf of the council, and where appropriate.
• Able to do advocacy when needed

 
About you as a Childcare Solicitor:

• A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of experience in child care law
• Drafting Legal documents to a high quality standard
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
