CYP ADHD Assessment Clinician
£45,000 – £55,000 per annum + NHS-aligned pension, CPD & study leave Worcester WR5 / Redditch B98 hubs
Are you an experienced clinician passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based ADHD assessments for children and young people? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, clinician-led primary care organisation in Worcestershire for a CYP ADHD Assessment Clinician to join their growing neurodevelopmental service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive, governance-led MDT environment, contributing directly to safe, timely, and defensible diagnostic outcomes for children, young people and their families.
About the role You'll deliver structured CYP ADHD assessments, integrating multi-informant evidence from home and education settings, presenting cases to MDT, and producing clear, high-quality reports that make a genuine difference to families. You'll work closely with a Consultant Psychiatrist/Paediatrician and a wider neurodevelopmental team, within clearly defined clinical governance arrangements — with prescribing responsibilities sitting separately with designated prescribers, so you can focus on what you do best: thorough, high-quality assessment work.
