Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected children's care provider for an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to lead one of their specialist residential homes in Nelson, Lancashire.

The Role As the Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring it operates in line with Ofsted regulations and delivers high-quality, child-centred care.

- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role within children's residential care
- Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A passion for improving the lives of children and young people
- The ability to build positive relationships with young people, families and professionals
