We're recruiting for a Children's Registered Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new children's residential home in Staffordshire (WS7). Whether you're an experienced Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready for your first Registered Manager role, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role You'll take the lead in preparing the home for opening, supporting the registration process, building a dedicated staff team and creating a positive culture focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for children and young people.

Once operational, you'll be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.

We're Looking For Applicants should have:

• Experience within children's residential care.
• Registered Managers looking for their next challenge, or experienced Deputy Managers with at least 2 years' residential experience looking to step up.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A passion for improving the lives of children and young people.
• Good understanding of safeguarding, children's legislation and Ofsted standards.
