We're recruiting for a fantastic opportunity in Walsall (WS4) to manage an established children's residential home, offering you the chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people while progressing your career with a supportive provider.

The Role As Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the home, ensuring exceptional standards of care and compliance while creating a safe, nurturing and positive environment for children and young people.

You'll lead and develop your team, oversee day-to-day operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and work closely with external professionals to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive.

We're Looking For We'd love to hear from you if you are:

• An experienced Children's Registered Manager looking for your next opportunity.
• An experienced Deputy Manager with at least 2 years' experience within children's residential care, ready to step into your first Registered Manager role.
• Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
• Confident leading, motivating and developing high-performing teams.
• Knowledgeable around safeguarding, children's legislation and Ofsted requirements.
