We are urgently recruiting Children’s Residential Care Workers to support children and young people within high-quality residential settings across Salford and Stockport. This is your chance to work in a rewarding and emotionally fulfilling role that truly matters.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting children and young people aged 8–18 with emotional, behavioural, or complex needs
  
  
• Promoting positive outcomes through care, education, and therapeutic support
  
  
• Working as part of a committed and supportive team
  
  
• Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
  
  
• Participating in activities, care planning, and day-to-day routines
  
  

What We’re Looking For: ? Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People / Residential Childcare
? Full UK Driving Licence & access to a vehicle
? A caring, resilient, and child-focused approach
? Previous experience in residential or children’s social care settings
